Since we appreciate tranquility and a pleasant home, we are looking for a tenant who is calm, very orderly, and non-smoking. We value mutual respect, consideration, and taking good care of one's accommodation. The accommodation suits someone looking for their own, quiet, and practical residence with a separate entrance, close to services, and good commuting options.
