Rent out my wonderful studio of 28 sqm - 5 minutes from Nytorget, in close proximity to Vitabergsparken and an incredibly pleasant neighborhood on Södermalm in Stockholm. I rent it out as I will be working in another location. The apartment has 1 room, a newly renovated kitchen, hall, plenty of storage options, and a fresh bathroom. It is rented furnished and move-in takes place from the beginning of January (exact date can be agreed upon), but I will probably leave around January 5th. The apartment is rented out until April 30, 2027, with a possible extension. You as a tenant should have a steady income, be smoke and pet-free, and preferably have a reference from a previous landlord or a personal reference. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a pleasant view of Bondegatan with plenty of light. The building has a communal laundry room and recycling facilities in the yard. The monthly fee includes heating, water, and internet (fiber). Electricity is not included in the rent (usually amounts to about 150 SEK/month but is paid quarterly). A deposit corresponding to monthly fee is required upon moving in. Note: The apartment is best suited for 1 person. Prioritizing applications without pets.
