The combined kitchen and living room is located on the ground floor, while the two bedrooms are on the semi-basement level. The apartment has a fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. There is a private entrance on the side of the house, as well as access to a patio and garden. Rent and Terms The rent is SEK 13,500 per month. Household electricity is charged separately, while heating, water and one parking space are included in the rent. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required. The apartment is available from mid-January 2027. We are a quiet family with two teenage children living in the main house. We are open to a long-term rental with no fixed end date, provided that the arrangement works well for both parties. Location and Transport The apartment is situated in a quiet, green area of Tullinge, close to nature, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, sports and exercise. The commuter train station is approximately 1 km away, with trains taking around 20 minutes to central Stockholm or Södertälje. A bus stop is approximately 200 metres from the property.
