Included in the rent: water, heating, and broadband. Electricity is extra and usually ranges between 200-300 SEK per month. - Apartment: The accommodation offers an open and bright floor plan. Enjoy a fantastic view of the forest from the balcony with evening sun. The apartment does not have an associated storage room, but there are several storage options within the apartment. - Area: For active individuals, there are plenty of opportunities for exercise tracks, a tennis hall, and football fields. Nature and Vallentunasjön are also nearby. - Parking: Adjacent to the accommodation, there is 10 hours of free parking. There is the possibility for unlimited free parking at Vallentuna station both on weekends and 24 hours on weekdays, just a 7-minute walk from the apartment. - Other: The association allows long-term subletting. We are committed to providing space for a tenant (or company) who will enjoy it and are looking for someone without payment remarks, non-smoking, and who desires accommodation in a nature-close area with proximity to Stockholm.
