Short-term rental (Dec 3 – approx. 2 months) – Warm, cozy and fully equipped apartment at Carl Berner. Are you looking for a warm and personal home this winter? I am renting out my apartment while I am away, and looking for someone who will appreciate a cozy, well-kept home. The apartment is perfect for a couple, two good friends, or for you living alone. Everything you need is included in the rent – electricity, internet, and municipal charges. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and there is a washing machine with a drying function in the bathroom. The bed is 140 cm wide and comes with duvets and pillows, with access to towels, bed linen, and cleaning supplies. By the entrance, there is a practical closet for outerwear, shoes, and storage. The apartment was recently upgraded with a new TV, speakers, lighting, mirrors, and new textiles, so there may be some small differences from the pictures. The location at Carl Berner is very central, with trams, subways, and buses 1–5 minutes away, and the airport bus stops right outside the door.
