Skolgatan, Umeå

I am renting out a room in a large three-room apartment of 80 sqm in the east part of town, starting November 20th. Central location within walking distance to both the pedestrian street in the city center, the river, the artistic campus, the university, and the hospital. Perfect accommodation for students or hospital staff! Very good transport connections with trains, airport buses, regional and local buses. There is wifi and an enclosed balcony, a laundry room in the basement, and a bicycle storage room. The bedrooms have windows facing a quiet courtyard. In the room I am renting out, there is a 120 cm bed, a desk, a wardrobe, etc. You will have access to the entire apartment except for my bedroom. You can of course use the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and balcony. I have rented out the room before and it has worked very well, so I am happy to continue doing so. It is a condominium in a small association with calm, nice neighbors with whom I clearly want to maintain a good relationship. Therefore, it is important that you take care of the apartment and that it feels safe and good for me if I travel away, which I often do since I largely work from another location. Therefore, I am looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and independent. We will probably cross paths now and then, but you will of course have your own key and come and go as you please. But it is important that it feels good for both of us when we do meet :) Write a few lines about yourself if you think this suits you!
