Hi Looking to rent out a room to a calm/quiet woman from February to August or part of the time. Possibly longer. Access to kitchen, toilet, and shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Washing machine available in the basement. The room has a 90 cm bed, a spacious shelf (full wall), a small sofa (not an armchair as in the picture), two small tables. A bar on the wall for hanging clothes. The apartment, which is one floor up, has two toilets, one shower. Fully equipped kitchen to use with all accessories. However, cooking late at night is not desired. The location is close to a nature reserve, subway running every 10 minutes takes about 12 minutes to central Stockholm. Grocery stores, pharmacy, health center, library, cafes, and restaurants nearby! Quiet and peaceful area with several seating areas outside the house, barbecue also available. A gym belonging to the buildings is available to borrow. Laundry room in the basement with a large drying room and tumbler. I, who lives here, am a 63-year-old woman and my 21-year-old son. We work. We also have a social sphynx cat :-) Electricity, broadband, heating, and hot water are included in the rent
