NOTE: ALL operating costs such as electricity, heating, water, sewage, waste & internet are included in the rent. A detached house built in 2023 of 175 sqm spread over two floors in lovely surroundings a stone's throw from Söderåsen's nature reserve. Bright rooms with large windows and several outdoor spaces in different directions. The plot is about 1500 sqm and consists mostly of forest land but also includes a wooden deck, a small lawn, some plantings, and a driveway to park cars. All appliances are from 2023. There are 4 bedrooms (of which three have walk-in closets), a large living room combined with a kitchen and kitchen island (6 meters ceiling height), two bathrooms (one with toilet, bathtub, and shower and one with toilet and shower), a laundry room, an "indoor storage" and an external storage on the plot. The house is located just north of the village Ask (about 4 km south of Röstånga). It takes about 30 minutes by car to Lund and Landskrona - 45 minutes to Helsingborg and Malmö. Electricity, heating, water (from a private well), sewage (mini sewage treatment plant), fast fiber internet & waste are included in the rent. Thus ALL operating costs (value approximately 3000-8000kr per month depending on electricity price, temperature, etc.) Since the completion of the house, we have chosen to rent out the residence as it is not relevant for us to move there until earliest when the children move out in about 8-10 years. We see it more as an investment and will still live in Lomma and, as I said, plan to stay there. I myself work abroad quite a bit so I am away during certain periods. Current tenants are happy to welcome you if you inform me first (especially after work hours and weekends). It’s a big plus if you can move in as early as December 1st, but January 1st is also okay. Communication takes place via messages on Qasa until it becomes "crunch time". When renting from a private landlord you always (according to rent laws) have only 1 month's notice period as a tenant while the landlord has 3 months from when the contract is terminated until the tenants must leave the accommodation.
