Sjövägen, Beddingestrand

We are looking for a person or possibly a couple who want to live in our annex over the winter. An old Scanian cottage in Beddingestrand on the southern coast of Skåne, renovated in stages to modern standards. The location is exposed directly at the beach and during certain weather conditions in winter, it can sometimes get a little chilly indoors. The heating consists of an air-to-air heat pump and there is also the option of wood burning in an open fireplace with a Keddy insert. An electric boiler is available but with today's electricity prices, it is not justifiable to have it connected. The cost for heating and household electricity is additional, everything else is included, e.g. cold/hot water, sewage, waste, TV, internet. If you are an orderly person with good references, you are welcome to contact us for further information and a viewing.
