Beds and mattresses in one of the bedrooms can be included by arrangement. For other bedrooms, tenants must provide their own bed and mattress. Fiber from NTE/Altibox is available, and tenants can establish their own internet subscription. The garden can be used by further agreement. The landlord takes care of lawn mowing and snow removal. Heating and electricity The home has Norway's electricity price, but tenants pay for their own electricity consumption and related costs. A relatively high electricity consumption should be expected, especially during the winter months, as the house has original double-glazed windows and about 10 cm insulation from the year of construction. The home has a wood stove in the main floor and a fireplace in the basement. Both are approved for use, and wood burning can help reduce electricity consumption. Tenants are responsible for the purchase and payment of wood.
