Hello Our villa is located in beautiful Odensala with proximity to school and preschool. The house is a single-story villa with a lovely plot where you can enjoy the summer on our enclosed patio. The pool in the backyard needs to be demolished. It currently stands without water and we will do it during the spring. In winter, you can cozy up with the warmth from our fireplace. The house has a new heating system, which keeps energy costs low. We are renting out the house since part of the family lives abroad. Cold rent: 13,000kr (garbage collection, internet, and other fees are included in the rent) ELECTRICITY NOT INCLUDED
