House with a large plot is rented out furnished, but if you want to give up a bedroom, the furniture can be placed there. Tenant wanted for at least 6 months but I might consider an extension. The layout is distributed as follows. Kitchen with kitchen island and two bar stools, equipped with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, combined dryer/washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer. A small entrance with access to the kitchen. Hall 2 with mirror and cabinet as well as shelves for storage and linen closet. From here, you enter the toilet, which has a shower, sink, cabinet mirror, and mirror cabinet. From hall 2, you have the exit to the garden and the stairs to the upper floor as well as the entrance to the kitchen. The floors in the kitchen and living room are newly sanded, as well as the stairs up and the upstairs hall. All windows are new triple-glazed. The living room/dining room is furnished with two armchairs, a sofa, and a TV bench. Large dining table with chairs, kitchen sofa, pedestal, and a smaller bookshelf. In the yellow room upstairs, there is space for a double bed if desired. In the green room, there is currently a double bed and a clothes rack and shoe stand behind a curtain. The house is equipped with four beds in total, but it can accommodate 6. The white room is shaped like an L and has one bed but fits two.
