The apartment has an open-kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms, a guest room, and a balcony. You can get to the forest immediately across the street, Rastila metro station and a grocery store are a couple of hundred meters away, and beaches are nearby. The building has a free laundry room, a small gym, and a sauna. We are looking for a long-term and calm roommate around 35–45 years old. We hope that the new roommate has good communication skills and the ability to consider others. Current roommates are nature-oriented and humane, fans of art, culture, and physical activity. We have a warm and meeting atmosphere, where we share greetings but also know how to give our own space and peace. We like to keep the home clean and comfortable and clean once a week according to the cleaning list. The kitchen is mostly plant-based but not vegan. Especially on weekday mornings, we wake up quite early, and in the evenings, the common areas quieten down around 21–22. We hope that the upcoming roommate has a somewhat similar daily rhythm. The roommate must be non-smoking. Briefly about the current roommates: Sitara is a 40-year-old visual artist and practitioner of Ashtanga yoga who enjoys forest walks, books, and movies and is interested in holistic well-being. Riikka is a 35-year-old woman, who outside of work reads, writes, attends cultural events, and engages in various physical activities. Meditation and various physical exercises that support mindful presence are part of both their daily lives.
