Short-term rental: Charming 3-room apartment, February-May 2027 (Flexible Lease Period) About the apartment Sunny, airy, and charming 3-room apartment with a central location, yet situated in beautiful, green surroundings right next to the forest. The apartment is available from February 1st to May 31st, 2027, but the rental period can be flexible. Please contact us if you wish to rent for a different period! The apartment has two equally sized bedrooms, a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with natural ventilation. It is rented out furnished with cozy home furniture. NOTE: The furniture in the living room is slightly different now than in the pictures, as we have had a baby. We are happy to send more pictures if needed. The apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly area, with immediate proximity to nature. Perfect for a quiet couple or a small family. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The rent includes: - Electricity - Municipal taxes - Internet and TV basic package - Home insurance - The basic amount for heating and hot water, i.e. the same amount that the owner pays monthly to the cooperative through the common costs. The rent does not include: - Consumption exceeding the basic amount for district heating and hot water is charged to the tenant. This is normally settled once a year. - Repair or replacement of appliances. Location Selvbyggerveien 80 is located right next to Tonsenhagen Torg, a popular and well-established residential area by Lillomarka. With the forest as its nearest neighbor, the area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor life and recreation. Right outside the door, you will find great hiking and cycling trails, opportunities for berry and mushroom picking, and in winter, groomed ski trails. It's a short distance to Grefsenkollen and Linderudkollen, both offering great views and good dining options. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment, you will find the Tonsenhagen Torg bus stop, KIWI, and the super cozy café Kaffehjørnet. Right by the square, you'll also find Badedammen, where there's a great opportunity for a refreshing swim on warm summer days. Isdammen is only a five-minute walk from the apartment. Grefsenkleiva ski center (now part of Oslo Ski Center) is also within short distance from the residence. The same applies to Trollvann, which offers swimming opportunities in summer and skiing in winter. It's also a short distance to Linderud center, with a wide range of shops and services, including a grocery store, Vinmonopolet, and a pharmacy. Public transportation Tonsenhagen Torg bus stop is just a two-minute walk from the apartment. From here, buses no. 25 and 31 run. Bus no. 31 operates around the clock (24/7) and takes about 22 minutes to Jernbanetorget. Bus no. 60 also departs from Tonsenhagen bus stop.
