We (Christian and Eydis) are renting out a furnished room in our apartment in Fredensborg – one of Oslo's most attractive districts. Here, you live right by Torggata with a large selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés, while the apartment is located in a very quiet area. A peaceful oasis in the middle of the city center. You have a short walking distance to public transportation and shops. For example, Youngstorget (3 min), Karl Johan (5-10 min), Oslo S (10 min), Grünerløkka (5-10 min), Vulkan (5 min), St. Hanshaugen (10 min), and the rest of the city center. About the room The room is rented out furnished and includes: * Bed with mattress and drawers for storage * Desk * Desk chair * Large wardrobe Other furniture and personal belongings are brought by the tenant. There is also access to a bicycle storage room and the possibility to borrow some space in a regular storage room. About the apartment The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, large living room with a balcony, and another bedroom which we use. We are a couple living in the apartment. Christian is studying psychology, and Eydis works as a doctor. We enjoy a quiet and pleasant home and are looking for a tenant who wants the same. Christian, who is studying psychology, will go on an exchange in the spring semester of 2027, so Eydis, who is a doctor, will live alone in the apartment. We are looking for both a person boy/girl who can move in before Christmas, but also someone who wants to live with Eydis after New Year when Christian is on exchange. Preferably a girl. We hope to find a person who is tidy, considerate, and calm. It would be nice if you are also social and want to get to know us a little – we like, for example, to have dinner together occasionally and that you can do things together in the common areas like the living room, but of course, we respect each other's privacy.
