Nøstegaten, Bergen

Available room in a ladies' collective, from January, with the possibility of extension I will be on exchange in the spring of 2027, and I am looking for someone who wants to rent my room during this period🥰. Extension is also possible, as I will not be living here anymore. The apartment is located in Nøstet, which is a very central and cozy area. It is within walking distance to Torgallmenningen, colleges and the university, as well as a gym, public transport, grocery store, and lots of nice cafes.🩷 The apartment is 60m² with an open living room/kitchen solution and a bathroom. It is a bright and nice apartment with large windows and high ceilings. The bedroom for rent is about 8 m² and includes a bed (140x200), bookshelf, shelves, wardrobe, chair, and the window sill can be used as a desk if desired. The room is initially rented from January through the summer, with the possibility of extension if desired. The rent includes: Appliances, heaters, and cleaning (cleaning company) of the building's common areas. You will also have free access to the shared laundry with washing machines and dryers on the 1st floor. Electricity and internet are extra. You will be living with two other nice 21-year-old girls. We are looking for a girl who is friendly, social, and wants a cozy collective. Ideally, you should be around the same age🩷 Viewing information Feel free to send me a message if you are interested in arranging a viewing.
