Welcome to a spacious and bright apartment of 61 square meters. Here you have windows in three directions, a south-facing balcony, and a decorative fireplace that cannot be used for burning. The apartment has plenty of storage and a pleasant layout. The hall's storage options make it easy to keep things organized. The living room has large windows and access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, and gas stove. The larger bedroom has been divided into two smaller bedrooms: one has a 140 cm wide bed and the other a 90 cm wide bed. There is also a bedroom adjacent to the kitchen, where there is a 140 cm bed. A laundry room with a tumble dryer and drying cabinet is available in the building. Nearby there are nice walking paths along Lake Mälaren, with both nature and water at a comfortable distance. Alvik's subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk from the apartment. From there, you can reach central Stockholm in about 15 minutes. There are also bus and tram connections. There are neighbors living in the house, so we are looking for quiet guests. Heating and water are included in the rent. Electricity and gas are not included.
