The bathrooms are fully tiled and equipped with a shower and the possibility of a combined washer and dryer. All apartments have bright, painted walls and beautiful oak parquet that creates a uniform and timeless feel. To further enhance the living quality, each residence has its own balcony or patio with views over the river or the lush surroundings. For commuters, the location is optimal. Nyköping's central station is within comfortable walking distance and offers smooth connections to Stockholm and other nearby cities. Cold water and heating are included in the rent. Consumption of hot water and electricity is charged retrospectively based on actual consumption.
