First of all, I just want to mention that I am flexible with the exact dates as I can adjust somewhat. Both the apartment and the residence are fantastic. In the same building, you have, among other things, Rådmansgatan subway station. You have walking distance to both T-centralen and Odenplan train station. And the area is full of restaurants and cafes that I can highly recommend. The residence itself feels very new and fresh, especially the kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet. I use smart lights so you can get a variety of different lightings in the apartment via your phone and buttons. The balcony is very spacious and has an electric grill. The most amazing thing is how quiet it is despite being right in the middle of the city. This is due to having windows facing the enclosed courtyard. There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space. I also have a storage unit that can be utilized if needed. As a big bonus, you also have a large pool + sauna that you don't even need to book, just go in whenever you want. I also have a car and garage parking. I can rent out the car alternatively, I can move the car, and you can take the garage space. I have my own washer/dryer in the apartment. But there is also a laundry room if you want to do it more thoroughly. As you can see in the picture, the bedroom and the living room are separated by a window wall. I recently bought the apartment, but my plan is to hang curtains there as soon as possible so that you can completely separate from the living room if you wish.
