I. Strøm terrasse, Drammen

Cozy studios in peaceful surroundings – perhaps this is your new home? We are renting out two charming studios of approximately 40 m² each in Drammen to pleasant and reliable individuals who want a nice place to live. If you are two people, that's also perfectly fine. Here you can live in a peaceful environment and also have the opportunity to enjoy some outdoor space and a garden. The studios have fireplaces, and there is an opportunity to use the garden if you like being outside and perhaps have a bit of green fingers. We wish to offer a pleasant and affordable rental agreement and can therefore reduce the rent in exchange for some simple help with lawn mowing in the summer and snow shoveling and salting in the winter. We envision an arrangement that works well for both parties, with good dialogue and mutual respect. The most important thing for us is to find a calm, responsible, and reliable tenant who will thrive here and contribute to a pleasant living environment. Does this sound interesting? Feel free to contact and tell us a bit about yourself, so we can have an informal chat and see if this might suit you. We look forward to hearing from you! There are two apartments. One on the first floor and one on the second floor. They are quite similar. There is an open viewing. Come and see. If you are still interested after viewing the apartment, feel free to send me a text or call. If you would like a private viewing, send a message to schedule further.
