The entire apartment is 85 square meters. The apartment has recently been renovated. It is located a 3-minute walk from Farsta subway station. The apartment is on a floor with a nice view and an elevator. You will be sharing a spacious bathroom and equally spacious kitchen with two new apartment mates, Thanh and Mushtaq, who are two fun and pleasant people to live with. Just behind the house there is a large park. A beach and the lake for swimming in the summer can be reached within a 10-15 minute walk. A center with various shops, restaurants and grocery stores is near the subway station, that is 3 minutes from the apartment. Gym and indoor pool are also nearby. The rent is 5000 SEK (including internet, electricity, heating and water). There is a common laundry room which can be used free of charge. A deposit is required (5,000 SEK).
