The ground floor of a detached house is available for rent in its entirety. The upper floor has a couple of summer rooms that are planned to be renovated for residential use in the future. The exterior will be painted in the summer of 2027 and the roof will also be painted/replaced. Currently, the house looks a bit rundown from the outside, but inside it is quite tidy and has been constantly inhabited. Outside, there is an old stable, which provides a lot of storage space. There are also two dog kennels outside. The heating of the house is via an air source heat pump and electric radiators. The tenant will make electricity, water, and waste management agreements.
