Hello! Short-term rental of a 2-room apartment with a kitchen in a very good location in the Old Town. Primarily a corporate apartment and can be rented for shorter periods than these almost 5 months, but is also potentially open for rent to individuals with a clear short-term need. Electricity (which can be several thousand per month during winter when heating is directly electric) and internet, as well as cleaning every other week, are included. In the pictures, the sofa bed is made up as a bed, but otherwise, it's a regular sofa. The kitchen has also just been replaced but is very similar to the one in the pictures. Cannot be extended after March 31, 2027.
