I am renting out a bright and cozy apartment in Ullern from mid-December to mid-April (I am somewhat flexible on dates). I am going to travel and therefore wish to rent out my apartment in Ullern in Oslo during the period from mid-December to mid-April. I can be flexible on the rental period if desirable. I have recently moved in and therefore do not have many pictures. The apartment will be furnished before leasing. The apartment is 50 sqm and is located in a quiet and pleasant area, only a few minutes' walk to the subway and about 9 minutes by train to Majorstuen. ✨ A little about the apartment: *Apartment from 2019 * 50 sqm * Shared conference room on the 1st floor with the possibility for home office and free coffee. * Own bedroom and a small wardrobe room * Rented furnished * Quiet and fresh gym in the basement 🏋️ * Shared rooftop terrace ☀️ * There may be an option to rent a garage space. * Short distance to the subway and easy access to the city center *5 minutes walking distance to Mærradalen and storage for skiing and waxing. I am currently traveling and therefore do not have pictures of the apartment furnished right now, but I am happy to share more information and pictures when possible.
