# 🌿 Room for rent in a lovely apartment in Etterstad / Vålerenga – fantastic balcony and wonderful neighborhood! I am looking for a friendly, responsible, and social person who wishes to share a cozy apartment with me in Etterstad, in the area between Vålerenga and Gamlebyen. The apartment is located in a fantastic neighborhood with charming, colorful buildings, cozy cafes, and great green areas. Here you live centrally, yet peacefully and secluded, with nature right outside your door. ### 🏡 About the apartment and rooms I am renting out a bedroom in the apartment, and there are two options: **Option 1 – The main bedroom** - 14,000 NOK per month, including electricity and internet. - Alternatively, 13,000 NOK per month, with internet included and electricity shared between us. **Option 2 – The smaller bedroom** - 12,000 NOK per month, including electricity and internet. There is a large wardrobe in the main bedroom that we will share. Of course, we will distribute the space so that both have plenty of room for clothes and personal belongings. It is also worth mentioning that I plan to establish an extra sleeping area in the living room by setting up a temporary partition between the sofa area and the kitchen/dining section. This will be my own sleeping area until an additional room is completed. The work is expected to take about two months. During this period, you will have the bedroom you rent available, while I will sleep in the temporary solution in the living room. ### 🌳 A fantastic neighborhood One of the best things about the apartment is the location! Here you have most of what you need in immediate proximity: - 1 minute walk to grocery store and Mudo Gym. - About 5 minutes walk to bus stop. - About 10 minutes walk to the subway station. - Just 2 minutes walk to great hiking areas along Alnaelva – perfect for running, walks, and recreation. - About 5 minutes walk to Kruttverket, an incredibly cozy café with the option to rent a sauna. - Just a couple of bus stops from Oslo S. The area is perfect for those who like an active lifestyle, exercise, nature, and cozy cafes, while still wanting to be close to downtown. ### 🌺 A truly special balcony The apartment has a fantastic balcony that is really something special – a small green oasis in the middle of Oslo! I love plants and gardening and have filled the balcony with lots of green plants and flowers. It's an incredibly cozy place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax, or just unwind after a long day. The pictures give a little impression of the balcony and the pleasant atmosphere in the apartment. ### 🐈 A little about pets I have a social and friendly cat who is one year old and is used to being outside. There is also a cat litter box inside if needed. I am open to sharing the apartment with someone who has one cat or a small, kind dog, as long as the animals get along well with my cat. ### 🤍 A little about me and who I'm looking for I am 34 years old, educated as a dentist, and a social, positive, and active person. I like exercise, running, nature, plants, café visits, and pleasant conversations.
