Furnishing is open for discussion. Furnished apartment in Mjölby with a commuting distance to Linköping taking 19 minutes. Possibility for a quick move-in. Rental must be approved by the board. Contract signature by the resident. The apartment is located about 1.2 km from the commuter train. It's allowed to have a bicycle on the commuter for those who didn't know. It's on the third floor. There is no elevator. It is 44 square meters and has a newly renovated bathroom since December and new wallpapers in the bedroom for two months. A lot of things have been removed and more will be taken out so there is space for things. I have a Cocker Spaniel so the allergic should be aware but it is super clean. Looking for a well-behaved person, preferably without payment remarks and non-smoking and snuff-free. I don't want any pets in the apartment. I charge 3000 SEK as a deposit for the key since it's uncertain if Qasa replaces a lost key. But you will of course get the money back if the key doesn't disappear. The apartment might be sold but it can take several years at present to get it sold so you should be aware that the broker must be able to show it. Rent can potentially be discussed while it's listed on Hemnet but currently it isn't there yet. So potentially there will be a lower rent about 500 less when it's listed for the inconvenience of it being shown.
