A great apartment of about 40 sqm with bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, entrance, and internal storage. The apartment is from 2009 but has new floors and upgraded surfaces in 2024. We are a quiet family with children living in the house and are looking for a calm tenant(s). The house is located in an established residential area with little noise and quiet surroundings, with easy access to public transport, hiking opportunities, and a variety of activities in the immediate vicinity. Washing machine and refrigerator are included, otherwise, the apartment is unfurnished. The existing tenant will move out during January and takeover will be by further agreement but no later than 1.2.27.
