We rent out a cozy 1-bedroom basement apartment of 47 square meters. The residence has its own, secluded entrance and good lighting conditions. You move right into a fully furnished apartment. The rent includes electricity, heating, and internet. The living room has large windows and a private patio door that lets in plenty of daylight. The kitchen has an integrated hob, oven, and dishwasher. In the bedroom, a spacious sliding door wardrobe provides good storage space for clothes and equipment. The bathroom is fully tiled and easy to maintain. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and we will install a dryer before moving in. Underfloor heating in the apartment provides an even and comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year. The location combines secluded surroundings with close proximity to what you need in everyday life. You can walk to CC Vest in about 15 minutes, where you will find a wide range of shops, groceries, and services. If you prefer fresh air, the hiking trails along the Lysaker River are right nearby. Public transportation is found in the immediate vicinity, and frequent departures make commuting easy. If you have a car, we can also offer parking access. We use Qasa for the rental agreement. This means you don’t have to tie up money in a regular deposit, in exchange for a monthly Qasa fee in addition to the rent. The apartment is ready, so you can take over quickly if desired. Feel free to send a message telling a little about yourself, and we’ll arrange a viewing.
