Do you need a comfortable, temporary home in Oslo? I am renting out my fully furnished apartment at Teisen from November 16, 2026, to January 16, 2027, as I will be away. Both shorter and longer stays within this period are possible – get in touch with your desired dates! ABOUT THE APARTMENT The apartment has 47 m² of indoor area and a sunny, west-facing balcony of approx. 8 m² with views of green common areas. The layout consists of: • Separate bedroom with double bed and storage space • Cozy living room with sofa bed, TV, and dining table • Separate kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, and kitchenware • Private bathroom • Workspace with desk and chair The double bed and sofa bed can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is well-suited for one person, a couple, or a small family who need a move-in-ready place during a work stay, research visit, relocation, or visit in Oslo. FURNISHING AND EQUIPMENT The residence is rented fully furnished, with Wi-Fi, kitchenware, bed linen, and towels. A washing machine and dryer are not available. Electricity and potential final cleaning are clarified in the offer before the agreement is concluded. LOCATION AND TRANSPORT Teisen is an established residential area with proximity to shops, green areas, and public transport. It is a short distance to the Teisenkrysset bus stop and Helsfyr metro, with good connections to Oslo city center. Grocery stores are nearby, and Valle Hovin and Hovindammen offer nice walking opportunities. There is also easy access to Ring 3 and E6. RENTAL PERIOD AND CONTACT The apartment is available between November 16, 2026, and January 16, 2027. You do not need to rent the entire period. Specify the desired dates and the number of people, and we will clarify availability and total price. The stay must end no later than January 16.
