Vidargatan, Stockholm

All right in Vasastan!!!! Just a stone's throw from Odenplan and close to the lovely Vasaparken! Now there is a fantastic apartment with 3 rooms and a kitchen for rent. The apartment is just 1 block away from Odenplan and yet on a very quiet street in one of Vasastan's most attractive blocks. The apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century building with all the typical period details such as high ceilings, tiled stoves, herringbone parquet, a large balcony overlooking the lush courtyard. The apartment faces both the street & the courtyard, good storage options, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. The bathroom also has a washing machine & dryer. Here you have all the comforts and communications such as subway, commuter trains and plenty of buses around the block. The rooms are rented out because of too much space. Looking for a tenant who wishes to rent for a longer period, preferably a few years. At least 1 year with the option to extend. Included in the rent: heating, water, internet, and basic TV package.
