Virkatie, Ylöjärvi

A basic condition two-room apartment with a sauna is becoming available in a nice location in the center of Viljakkala. Small sheltered backyard. Electric heating. Good school (grades 1-9), daycare, sports hall, library, and village shop nearby. Swimming beach and good outdoor trails. Grocery stores, Tokmanni, etc. in Kyröskoski, approx. 10 km. By car, Ylöjärvi center is 25 minutes and Tampere is 40 minutes. TKL bus to Tampere runs nearby on weekdays. I will add pictures later. Security deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent, payment commitment okay. Home insurance required. Smoking prohibited, pets allowed. Hoping for a long-term tenant and fair play on both sides.
