I am renting my cozy apartment from 1st December 2026 to 30th April 2027 as I am heading elsewhere for work. Extending the lease into May might also be possible. It is a through-apartment, with the living room windows facing south, so the sun shines in at least for a while in winter when it shines. It's on the top 7th floor, and there's an elevator. Glazed balcony on the courtyard side. The location is excellent, and all downtown services are close by. The nearest bus stop is a few dozen meters away. Amenities (negotiable): - all the furniture visible in the pictures - washing machine - in the kitchen: dishwasher, oven and stove, American-style fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and, if necessary, also dishes and other kitchenware - TV and soundbar speaker - WiFi - blankets, pillows, sheets if necessary - vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment if necessary Rent is 650 euros plus a water charge of 26 euros and internet 25 euros per month. You must have your own electricity contract and home insurance. Rental security deposit is 1 month's rent. The apartment can be viewed in November.
