I am renting out a bedroom in my cozy apartment in Stureby! It's a 3-room apartment, which is actually a 4-room one as it has a so-called loggia that is heated with the rest of the apartment and serves as an extra room. Fresh kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with bathtub and towel dryer. Open floor plan between kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms, of which the larger one is the one I am renting out and it has several spacious wardrobes. You have free access to the entire apartment and since I am mostly home on some weekends, you have the apartment to yourself during the week. Perhaps you are someone who commutes and is looking for a calm and nice place to live during the working week? The apartment is one floor up. There is an elevator in the building, as well as a laundry room. It is located in quiet Stureby, close to the subway station but also near parks and forest areas.
