Åre kommun, Mörsil

Furnished villa with 4 rooms and kitchen on two floors for rent in Mörsil, fully equipped with kitchenware and internet via fiber. Two shower facilities, two toilets, sauna, heated recreation room. Period: season or 1-2 years, minimum 1 month. Note: Rent includes fees for water and household waste, road fees, sweeping, insurance for the house and its contents. Heating costs, household electricity, and internet via fiber are additional. For seasonal rental, monthly rental, and up to 1 year, those costs will be integrated into the total rent, which will then be higher than the price stated here on Blocket. Since all ads seem to have these costs excluded in the price on Blocket, I am doing the same to avoid misunderstandings. If renting for more than 1 year becomes relevant, the tenant may potentially take over the electricity subscription and can then more easily manage heating costs as well as household electricity. The house has a leafy plot and is conveniently located within walking distance from shops (5 min), buses/trains (5-8 min), the Indalsälven river (3 min), sports hall, school, preschool (8-10 min). The village has a restaurant (circular economy house) and café, school with primary, middle, and high school, several preschools, illuminated running tracks, gas station, flower shop, and bathing places in the vicinity. Mountain areas are within 30 minutes by car from the residence (Åre, Trillevallen, Ottsjö, Edsåsdalen, among others) as well as Storulvån (about 1 hour by car). Good opportunities to commute by train to Östersund, or Åre. Stockholm accessible by both day and night trains. The house can be suitable if you and your family want to try moving to Jämtland for a period to maybe later buy a house, or for seasonal workers and people who can work remotely for a period.
