Much more private than renting a room in an apartment - and sharing with a tenant/owner! You live in a villa, either on the second floor with a shared bathroom, or in the basement with your own toilet/shower. On the second floor, you share a clean kitchen with a quiet tenant (with a steady job), in separate rooms. Only one person per room, and a lock on your own room door. The villa is located in a quiet area, close to the center/campus. The price includes, besides a private room of about 13 square meters, an additional approximately 22 square meters of common areas. The room is accessed via the stairwell (not through the family's apartment). We rent out including furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, water, heating, as well as access to a laundry room and garden (with fruit trees). You pay 700 SEK for electricity and fast fiber wifi. Free parking is available on the street, good bus connections, close to grocery stores and restaurants, as well as to the center. We rent to you who want to rent as long as possible, preferably at least until May/June -27, but a minimum of 3 months, Shorter time possible at a higher rent. Deposit required. Note: Pet and Smoke-Free accommodation, so if you are a smoker, it will NOT work.
