Hello! I am renting out my newly built studio apartment of 31 square meters, partially furnished, in Barkarbystaden as soon as possible since I am starting my studies in another city. I am primarily looking for someone who wants to live here for a long time, at least 2-3 years, and wishes for a comfortable residence near Stockholm City. The apartment is within walking distance of the commuter train (17 minutes to Stockholm City), buses, Lidl, and Ica Maxi, restaurants, and the entire Barkarby shopping area within reach. Everything is included in the rent EXCEPT for the electricity, as you will have to take out your own subscription. Partially furnished includes a flat-screen TV, a living room table, kitchen equipment, and there is also a garbage disposal in the sink.
