The apartment is located on the lower floor of a renovated stable from the 19th century. (The pictures here show various examples of how the apartment can be furnished, it may vary slightly over time.) First, you enter a large hall, where a new kitchenette is part of it. Straight ahead is the fresh bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the hall, there is a grand piano, sofa group, TV, dining table and display cabinet. At the far end is the bedroom with beds, bureau, desk, wardrobe and a sleeping loft with the possibility for storage or for use by overnight guests. Currently, the bedroom is furnished with sleeping places for all six people (in the same room, but still divided as in two parts). However, for long-term rental, the apartment is recommended for a couple, a small family or a group of students/friends. The apartment can be rented partially unfurnished if you arrange to move unwanted furniture to the lofts on the property. However, note that the rental period is limited to nine or ten months (sometimes with the possibility of extension), so too much refurnishing is not recommended. As a private person, association or entrepreneur, you are also welcome to rent this apartment as a venue for a guild or event/kick-off for a single occasion or a longer period. The price is agreed upon contact. (Note that there is also a café venue in an old charming stone house on the property, the old distillery, which can be rented separately or in combination with this venue. The café is furnished and equipped. Everything in a bit of "Skåne-English" style. Café furniture, fresh kitchen and bathroom with laundry facilities. Projector with screen, speakers, etc. are also available in the venue. As the venue is too rarely used at present, it is possible to rent for single occasions for gatherings or guilds, by associations or private persons, or longer periods, by e.g. an entrepreneur. The landlord also requests a deposit equivalent to one month's rent, to be paid before moving in.
