Also close to Kungsmässan, shops, and gym, etc. Quiet and safe area with good neighbors. Your room is about 15m2 and the whole apartment is 78m2. We have a shared kitchen, shower, bathroom, and living room as well as a walk-in closet. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large patio.
