The property is exciting and different - it must be seen! (My photos show the property with a few different types of furnishings.) Suitable for one or two people. The kitchen is peasant blue and newly done, but the old style with stall lamp etc has been preserved. Kitchen equipment can be arranged upon request. From the kitchen, you can go up to the upper floor via a rather steep blue wooden staircase (assuming you are fairly mobile). There you will find both a living room and a sleeping loft a small staircase up. The property can be rented either furnished or partially furnished in agreement with the host. The guest must be prepared to arrange for any unwanted furniture to be carried up to the farm's attics. In the bathroom on the ground floor, inside the kitchen, there is a shower, washing machine, and dryer. The stable's large hall (see the last eight pictures), is located wall to wall with the property. It is handicap-accessible. For a fee, the hall can be used by the tenant for parties etc, as long as it is available. There is also a bathroom with a shower and laundry room, a kitchenette, and overnight accommodations for six or more people. We will agree on the price. Outside the property, at the back of the stable with a view over the fields, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue/fireplace to access. (Sometimes one or two motorhomes park in the pitches at the back. These guests have access to a bathroom in the stone house.) The tenant is also welcome to spend time in the farm's inner garden with a gazebo (flea market), orangery (flea market and coffee shop), hammocks, and garden furniture. The farm has a newly built café/tea house, which opens occasionally. It is housed in the ground floor of the stone house nearest the road, with an open fireplace, big screen, and sales. The cafe premises can also be booked (by private individuals or companies/associations) for courses, lectures, parties, or events/kick-offs for a single occasion or a longer period. Here too, we will agree on the price upon contact based on your wishes. The café is furnished and equipped. Everything is in a little "Scanian-English" style. Café furniture, fresh kitchen, and bathroom with washing facilities. A projector with a screen, speakers, etc. are also available on site. The upper floor of the stone house has a larger accommodation, which is sometimes rented out as a B&B, similar to the farm's exceptions. We desire a tenant who wants to contribute to a good atmosphere on the farm, who can share the interest in the farm's various possibilities, and preferably comes with their own ideas. The rent is cold rent (and negotiable); the tenant signs their own electricity subscription and pays for their electricity and household electricity. Contracts are drawn up between the host and tenant and are not done via Qasa. The landlord also wishes for a deposit equivalent to one month's rent, which is paid before moving in.
