Nice 2-room with open floor plan in a green area. Nice and large balcony. Walking distance to the city, bus right outside, subway a couple of minutes away. Close to shops, restaurants, and gym. Pets and children are quite alright. Semi-furnished but can be arranged both empty and with furniture. Primarily rented to someone who has a hard time getting a foot into the housing market. Rent can be discussed within reasonable limits if there is a sensible reason. (Stupid stinginess and unrealistic optimism do not count.) The apartment is stylishly renovated and suitable for a single or a couple without children. Pets with a total of up to 16 legs and 99 kilos are okay: two fat dogs are fine but not ten anorexic cats. Shorter rentals are not considered.
