Are you a student commuting weekly? Or maybe you commute weekly for your work? We offer a bedroom with a shared bathroom and kitchen in our annex to students/workers who can go home to their regular homes on weekends and during other holidays such as Christmas and summer holidays. This is a requirement as we have our own space in the annex that we need access to then. The annex has two bedrooms, so we have space for two tenants. The accommodation is located in Sjödiken in Svedala, at a good distance to Sturup and with good connections to Malmö, Lund, and Trelleborg. There are facilities like a washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, and microwave in the annex. There is a TV with Chromecast in the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free street parking. The rooms are rented furnished (no personal furniture allowed) and per semester. We do not rent out over Christmas/New Year and during the summer. If you rent a room for several semesters, you need to move out in between. The fact that the annex is fully equipped makes moving in and out smooth. The dates for moving in and out depend on the academic year, but the rental period is approximately mid-August to mid-December for the autumn semester and approximately mid-January to mid-June for the spring semester. It is important that you are comfortable living with someone you initially do not know, as even though you have your own bedroom, you share the other spaces with someone else. Please indicate how many semesters you think you want to rent. We prefer to rent to someone who will stay for several semesters. We have had several satisfied residents. We have rented to students at the Sturup air traffic control training, but we have also rented to students who only needed accommodation for their thesis work during the spring. Also, several students at Svedala's riding school have lived with us. We will only respond to inquiries from people who fit our description of a tenant. Therefore, when you respond to the ad, it is important that you tell us about yourself and what your commuting will look like. You may not need to be a student but could have a job requiring commuting, as long as you do not need the accommodation during the periods we do not rent out. We might be able to rent to a single tenant, but then they need to rent both rooms. Note! The given living area is roughly estimated and also includes the shared spaces.
