JOKAISELLA on oma 14m2 erillinen, lukittava huone sekä 35 m2 yhteistiloissa täysin varusteltu keittiö jossa mm. jääkaappi, pakastinkaappi, liesi-uuni, mikrouuni, astianpesukone; kylpyhuoneessa mm.pyykinpesukone; olohuoneessa TV sekä erillinen wc ja iso parveke. HUONEESSA on valmiina iso vaatekaappi, runkopatjasänky, työpiste ja järjestämme tarvittaessa myös muita kalusteita. KimppaKodissa olet hyvässä seurassa ja Sinulla on aina lähellä ystäviä tai voit nauttia oman huoneesi rauhasta. VUOKRASOPIMUS tehdään tarpeidesi mukaan joko määrä-aikaisena tai toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. VUOKRA on 440 e/kk.
