In addition, it is within walking distance to Lillsjön, where you can spend warm summer days with sun, swimming, and hiking on the cliffs. The villa consists of a large living room, 2 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms with a walk-in closet and balcony, a kitchen, dining room, a large bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a guest toilet, and a large patio with privacy screen in a harmonious environment. The living room is bright with large windows and views over Bråviken/Kolmården. There is also a cozy open fireplace and the room is fully furnished with a 75" TV with Chromecast. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a 180x200 bed, TV with Chromecast, balcony, plenty of storage, and a smaller walk-in closet. Outside the house entrance, you are greeted by a fantastic Japanese-style garden with plants, flowers, trees, and a pond with koi carp and a waterfall that creates a calming and relaxing feeling. I will be living and spending a lot of time abroad, so I am renting out my fully furnished house except for the basement level. The basement level has its own entrance from the back and will be used by me the time I am in Sweden. The house is rented out with a 1-year contract at a time and a three-month notice period. The rent refers to cold rent. The house has energy-efficient windows and patio doors. It is heated with geothermal heat, which provides low operating costs. There is a fine and well-functioning stove. The rent includes home insurance, broadband via Telia (250/250), a parking space on the property, and a large patio.
