The tram is only 5 minutes from the residence as well as the grocery store, pizzeria, and Thai restaurant. Post office and flowers too. It takes 7 minutes by tram down to the city center. Parking is available right in front of the house. If you're interested in working out, there are two nice gyms nearby, as well as a tennis hall, riding house, and the entire Delsjön where you can swim in the summer. Delsjön is a lovely recreational area. Internet and electricity are included in the rent, parking is free, and there is a bicycle room and storage available. I, the owner of the apartment, am renting it out as I have moved to Ängelholm. The floor plan is good as the kitchen and room are completely separate with the hall in between.
