Welcome to Kunskapsporten and Kyrkogatan 68 Q – located on the Skurups Folk High School Campus Area. There are 96 apartments of approximately 24 square meters in a scenic area with sheep grazing in the meadow nearby in the summer, while still being conveniently close to the center and the train station. The apartments have a kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and a toilet with shower. The apartments have oiled oak parquet and bathrooms are fully tiled with underfloor heating. In one of the buildings with student apartments, we now also offer separate corridors with apartments for external tenants. The buildings are environmentally friendly and energy-efficient as the heating system in the buildings is controlled based on the weather forecast. Solar panels and solar cells produce hot water, heating, and electricity used in the buildings. We also store hot water in large water tanks. The buildings are well-insulated and made of wood. The apartments are partially furnished: A 90 cm bed with mattress and mattress protector is included. 2 stools that can be used both as bedside tables and to sit on. Dining table with chairs and an armchair. Two table lamps. Laundry room: Available on the ground floor. There you have access to an ironing board and iron. Book via the Agendo app. Rent: 5349 SEK/month including electricity 110 SEK. Electricity can be adjusted. Free WiFi/internet is included in the rent. The only additional cost is the tenant's own home insurance. Currently, there is no storage available for the apartment, and we refer to external storage rental. You will receive the rent invoice by email, but you can also find it in Agendo. Before moving in, you will receive an email from the lock company Entryfy with account information for their digital locks, a few days before you move in. You can open the main entrance and the door to the apartment with the Entryfy app once you have created your Entryfy account according to the instructions in the email. Note that emails may also end up in the spam folder here. For Kunskapsporten to provide support if something happens to your lock, it is a requirement that you have also registered a chip card to your door lock, e.g., your bank card or library card, which functions as an extra door key.
