The house was built at the end of the 19th century and has been continuously renovated over the years. The beautiful, green garden with a 4 x 8 meter pool is perfect for barbecuing, playing, and relaxing. The "old house" (living room and kitchen) is equipped with a wood stove and an air heat pump for heating. The ceiling height here is about 200-207 cm between charming ceiling beams. "The stable," where bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, and WC are located, is heated via water-based underfloor heating. In this part, the ceiling height is higher – about 230 cm. Both buildings are connected. The rent is exclusive of utilities. This means the tenant signs their own electricity subscription or uses the existing electricity agreement. The house has solar panels (11 kW). The average purchased electricity per year is approximately 15,000 - 18,000 kWh. This includes heating costs and household electricity. The house is primarily rented furnished, but this can be discussed. We can accept pets by arrangement. Primarily, we rent for one year, but with the possibility of extension if it suits both parties.
