In the future, there will be room for another person in the apartment. We are looking for someone who fits in with us. We who live here enjoy watching movies, talking about most things, or playing board games together. For general well-being, we do not use or possess drugs at home and do not smoke indoors. We clean once a week following a cleaning schedule, which means each person cleans the shared spaces every third week. Anyone who has friends over, of course, takes care of themselves afterward. The rent for the room is 3800 SEK. The room is 10 sqm and comes furnished with a bed and a desk. Electricity and wifi fees are additional, which we share. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required upon signing, which is refunded upon moving out. Over the years, people who have lived here have chosen themselves to what extent they want to socialize, so there is, in other words, no obligation to hang out with others! When people have chosen to hang out, we've watched movies, eaten, or played games together.
