The apartment is a 3-room unit of approximately 70 square meters, with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. It is located in a pleasant and family-friendly area close to a preschool and shopping center. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the city center and 11 minutes by bus to Märsta Centrum, where there are many shops and grocery stores. From Märsta Centrum, the commuter train takes 35 minutes to Stockholm, or you can take a bus to Arlanda in about 12 minutes.\n\nThe apartment is clean and fresh and is rented unfurnished. The rent includes internet as well as heating and community fees. Electricity and water costs are additional.\n\nA deposit is required, and we will sign a contract for one year first. The deposit is refunded upon moving out if the apartment is in the same condition as at moving in. It is advantageous if you are pet and smoke-free.\n\nMoving in can be flexible.
