The ad is for receiving expressions of interest from you with a long-term perspective to live here when a room becomes available. 🏠 About the accommodation The apartment is a penthouse in the newly built Persikan quarter at the end of Bondegatan/Sofo, where seven new city blocks with high-quality architecture replace an old industrial and garage facility. A new park and a pedestrian street are laid between the buildings, which ties the quarter together and makes the whole area very cozy. In the vicinity, you’ll find the best Sofo has to offer: Nytorget, Vitabergsparken, Skånegatan, Katarina Bangata, with countless bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. The apartment is of high standard with a built-in induction stove, integrated dishwasher, spot lighting, combined washer/dryer, carefully selected furniture, robotic vacuum cleaner, and fine unusual single-strip parquet. Double balcony and double WC. Almost all lamps in the home are Philips Hue, allowing you to control and change color/strength through your phone. When I'm not at work or the gym, I usually spend some time cooking, listening to podcasts, reading, walking, doomscrolling, playing video games, and meeting friends and family. I value a cozy, clean, and relaxed home where you can both recover and socialize. I like to come up with joint activities like dinner, movie nights, gym sessions, running, spontaneous hanging, and chatting. Of course, personal time and peace are just as important.
