There are magnificent windows, embedded lighting solutions, and large mirrored surfaces; a truly stylish and striking home. The Pharmacy House has renovated sauna and washing facilities, a gym, and a laundry possibility available for an additional fee if desired. The home also includes a spacious attic or basement storage room. The property's backyard features an area for residents to use and rentable heating spots for cars. The rent for the home is 845 euros per month, with a water advance of 25 euros per month/person, adjusted according to actual consumption biannually. The homes in the Pharmacy House are heated by district heating included in the rent, except for the electricity of the bathroom underfloor heating, which is paid by the tenant. The security deposit is a monetary deposit equivalent to two months' rent, i.e., 1690 euros. There is no Qasa contract or unsecured agreement available.
